This dish is easy to make but at the same time tastes just as delicious as the grilled versions of kebab.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ground beef<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Medium onion<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Medium potato<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Tomato<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><strong>2 Tablespoons\u00a0<\/strong><\/strong><strong style=\"text-transform: initial;\">Tomato sauce, or 1 tablespoon tomato paste<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"text-transform: initial;\">Saffron<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Vegetable oil<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Turmeric<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Salt<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Black pepper<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Water<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Place the ground beef in a large bowl.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong> Grate the onion using a blender or grate and add to the bowl with salt pepper and turmeric.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong> Mix them well with your hand till it starts to look like a paste and stick to your fingers.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong> Spread and flatten the beef mixture across a large non-stick pan and place the pan on stove over medium heat. Remember that you don\u00b4t need to add oil yet. Note that you want to have a thin layer in the pan as it gets thick when cooked.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong> Cover the lid and allow the kebab on medium heat for 3-4 minutes until you see the kebab is getting juicy.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong> Lower the heat and cut the meat lengthwise into strips.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong> Peel the potato and slice into thin layers. Slice the tomato into layers. Place them over the beef strips.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong> Add vegetable oil. Place the lid and allow to simmer on low heat.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong> Meanwhile, Place tomato sauce or tomato paste into a glass and add saffron to it.
