He was born in 11<sup>th<\/sup> century and died in 12<sup>th<\/sup> century but his succorers could rule more than two centuries after his death. The main reason his patronage was destroyed was Mongol invasion which had a great influence on the whole region including Persia.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Alamut castle was the symbol of his resistance against any foreign force invading Persia.
