The holy shrine of Masoumeh<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Around 1200 years ago the eighth Imam of Shia Muslims was appointed as the crown king of Abbasids so he had to leave Medina for Merv (located in Turkmenistan) which was the capital of their dynasty at that time.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After a while her sister was invited to join him there, so the caravan started its deadly voyage to the north east of Persia and in the middle of the road in the city of Qom it was attacked and Fatemeh Masoumeh died because of illness although many believed she was poisoned.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This story made a great reputation and history for one of the most unknown cities of Persia. Millions of people have visited the holy shrine of her in Qom and donated so many worldly items to fine heaven. Even the kings and emperors have done their bests to make this place more glorious.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most of the architecture you see today dates back to Qajar era in 19th<\/sup> century as they always wanted to show themselves very religious.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This spectacular holy shrine in the heart of the city of Qom is considered as the second most important one after the holy shrine of Imam Reza in Mashhad.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The spirit you face while entering it is beyond description and the outstanding architecture is somehow dreamy and fabulous. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
