The Jamkaran mosque<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This sacred mosque has been one of the most sacred places in Iran since 984 A.D when Sheikh Hassan Ibn Muthilih met the last Imam of Shia Muslim and prophet Khizr. Right after that holy meeting Sheikh decided to delicate the land and build the mosque of Jamkaran.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the Islamic revolution due to the Shia propaganda which was widespread by the government, so many Shia Muslims were attracted to this place and since then millions of pilgrims have visited this holy place.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the attractive sections in Jamkaran used to be a well which was called the well of request that people used to drop their request in to connect with their Imam. After a while the well was about to go dry so the officials stop people dropping their letters there. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tuesday night belong to the last Imam of Shia Muslims so the believers gather there to pray for him to come and save them.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The last Imam of Shia Muslims has hidden himself for more than a thousand years and it is believed that he will come back as a salvation and bring peace to whole world.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
