Caviar, which is produced of unfertilized eggs of wild sturgeon<\/strong>, is one of the most expensive foods worldwide. The Caspian Sea is the main land of these fishes supplying more than 90 percent caviar in global market.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The five types of these fishes living in the Caspian Sea are as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Beluga<\/strong><\/li>
  • Acipenser gueldenstaedtii<\/strong><\/li>
  • Acipenser persicus<\/strong><\/li>
  • Acipenser nudiventris<\/strong><\/li>
  • Huso<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Persian caviar is very popular among the customers due to its high quality. Generally speaking, the Persian caviar has two colors; black and golden and sometimes brown. Some different types of caviar are as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
