Mirza Ghasemi:
Mirza Ghasemi is an eggplants dip has anti-cancer agents as it can detoxify the body from chemicals which may lead to cancer especially because of the garlic which is used in it. Eggplant contains high amounts of fiber which can normalize the bowl movement. Eggplants are very helpful for losing weight. It is considerable that 3.8 ounces (109 grams) of Mirza Ghasemi has 106 calories. Mirza ghasemi is low in sodium and high in dietary fiber.
Ingredients:
- Eggplant
- Tomato
- Onion Salt
- Ground Chili Pepper
- Ground Bay Leaves Oil
- Tomato Paste
Instructions:
1-Roast the whole eggplant.
2-Dice the Tomato.
3-Dice the onion.
4-Peel the skin off of the eggplant and chop the eggplant in small pieces.
5-Fry the diced onions in a pot with 2 tablespoon vegetable oil until golden.
6-Add the diced tomatoes to the pot.
7-Add the chopped eggplants to the pot.
8-Add salt, ground chili pepper and ground bay leaves, stir and continue frying for 5 more minutes.
9-Let it cool down for few minutes then mash the mixture thoroughly.
10-Add 2 tsp of tomato paste, stir and simmer for 10 minutes
Enjoy the tasteful Persian food using bread.
