The holy shrine of Shah Cheragh:
In the heart of Shiraz there is a holy shrine which gives this city a great credit that attracts so many pilgrims from different cities and countries all around the world. The one who has been buried there is the brother of eighth Imam of Shia Muslims. This shrine persuades everyone to convert to divine mysticism.
Just close to the grand bazaar of Shiraz this shrine shines like a diamond and let your soul ascend. While entering you feel a sense of comfort and glory but it is just a beginning because the magnificent architecture, hospitable people and special circumstances help you submerge in wonder.

At the southern corner of the complex there is a gate which takes you to a weird monument whose function was being a symbol for people to simulate the Hajj event; the Islamic pilgrimage to Mecca.
In old times people gathered there to practice the rituals of Hajj before leaving their homes for Mecca in Saudi Arabia.
