There are so many places in Iran in which people gather to have funeral ceremonies for the martyrdom of the twelve Imams of Shia Muslims which are called Hosseinieh. In the city of Qazvin there is a gorgeous Hosseinieh which dates back to Qajar era and since that era has received so many guests from different parts of the city to have the funeral ceremony for Imam Hossein; the third Imam of Shia Muslims. This funeral ceremony is hold every year and is based on lunar calendar.
Located in Moulavi street, Aminia or Aminiha funeral mansion is considered as one the largest Hosseinieh in Iran whose greatness and beauty is beyond imagination.
It is amazing that it is still kept by the successors of the people who built this mansion and they always welcome you warmly and show great respect and hospitality.
The interior design makes you astonished and you feel you have entered in wonderland. The spiritual feeling inside plus the beauty trap you in the place.
