Sheikh Abolhassan Kharaghani is one the greatest masters of mysticism who played an important role to save Persian culture. He was born around one thousand years ago near the city of Bastam.
He made his own school which was a developed version of the school of Bayazid Bastami; his prominent master.
His mortar still exists among Iranians which says you should accept any kind of guests without paying attention to their ideologies. His holy shrine is located in a village called Kharaghan close to the city of Shahrud.
