The museum of Gorgan or the palace museum of Gorgan used to be one of the 12 palaces of Pahlavi dynasty in Iran. Reza Shah; the founder of Pahlavi dynasty, ordered to build this palace in Golestan province right before the second world war.
As the fourth archeology museum in Iran, this museum shows you the contemporary architecture besides the history of Iran.
