The history of Tis village dates back to more than 2500 years ago and its name has mentioned in the book of Alexzander’s conquers. There is a graveyard close to this village which belongs to the Jinn in people’s belief.

This frightening graveyard; dating back to one thousand years ago, is considered as a national heritage which attracts so many tourists every year.

All of the graves were carved inside the rocky cliff and some believe that these big holes were used to collect water like the grave yard of Siraf.

In conclusion it is hard to say that the Jinn made a huge cemetery for themselves in this area on the other hand the horrible shapes there make you think about metaphysics.

To visit Jen Tis, you should go to Tis village near the city of Chabahar.
